Common questions
Is there an escape room in Sacramento itself?
There are several. We're in Folsom, about 30 minutes east on Highway 50, and people make the drive for the private booking and the free parking. If you're closer to Rancho Cordova or Citrus Heights, you're only 15-20 minutes away.
Will we be put in with strangers?
No. Every booking at Way of Escape is private, whatever the size of your group.
Is it scary?
No. There's no horror theme, no live actors and no jump scares. Pirates' Revenge is played in a dark room, but that's atmosphere rather than fright.
How many people can play?
Between 2 and 10 depending on the room. Larger groups can book more than one room at the same time - call (916) 809-8914 and we'll set it up.
What does it cost?
$39.95 per person, for a 60-minute game in a private room.
What else is there to do in Folsom?
