Folsom FAQ
How much does it cost?
$39.95 per player, for every Folsom room. The price is the same every day and every room. Every booking is a private room for your group only.
Is it scary or dark?
No, it is not a haunted house and there are no jump scares. Pirates' Revenge is played in the dark because you're sneaking onto the ship at midnight, but you get lanterns. The Christmas Cure and The Hiding Place are not dark rooms.
What ages work?
All Folsom rooms are for all ages and there are no age restrictions on private reservations. Every group needs at least one adult (18+) inside the room.
Are the rooms private?
Yes. It's only your group in the room. Even a team of 2 has a 10-player room to itself.
How many players?
Every room requires at least 2 players. No single-player bookings. Pricing is per player. The Christmas Cure 2–6, Pirates' Revenge 2–10, The Hiding Place 2–8, Shipwrecked 2–6. For bigger groups, call (916) 809-8914.
How long is a game?
60 minutes in every Folsom room.
Where do we park?
Free, easy parking right at the door. We're at 311 E Bidwell St in the Folsom Lake Shopping Center.
What should we arrive with?
Arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Every player must sign a waiver. Sign the Folsom waiver online to save time. The front door may be locked until you arrive; our Game Masters see you on camera.
If you're late, we give you up to a 5-minute grace period. After that, time may come off your 60 minutes.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
We have a no-cancellation policy, which you agree to at checkout. You can reschedule if you call (916) 809-8914 at least 24 hours before your start time. We can't change or reschedule a booking within 24 hours.
When are you open?
Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM · closed Tuesday & Wednesday.
