Either way each individual will be faced with obstacles and challenges which can only be solved through cooperative teamwork.  Effective communication will be distilled in these real-life “faux boilers.” The team will have to work together to complete the objectives and achieve the prize. Oh, by-the-way, there is a “coach” standing by who has all the answers. If the team needs help all they have to do is simply ask. Kind of like real life!
